Our Vision
Generational – Committing to equip the family to live out its God given responsibility to nurture and mentor children, and to engage and influence the culture for Christ through generational faithfulness.
Theonomic – Teaching and applying all of Scripture and the Law Word of God, the standard of righteousness in all areas of life, as it applies to the individual, the family, the culture, providential history, and biblical doctrine.
Postmillenial – Embracing a long term view of an expanding victorious Church in time and history as God’s program to redeem a fallen creation under the work and authority of the Lord Jesus Christ through evangelism and discipleship.
Equipping the Saints – Facilitating and encouraging the body life of this local community of believers as they use their gifts and abilities to minister to, encourage, edify, and build up one another.
Meet Our Leadership
Joel Saint

Joel brings a broad range of experience, biblical knowledge, and personal conviction to shepherd and teach this local body. A graduate of Washington Bible College in Lanham, MD (now a subsidiary of Lancaster Bible College), Joel was a youth pastor at Twin Valley Bible Chapel in Narvon, PA, before his secular career. He has used his teaching gifts and abilities throughout his career including hosting a worldview radio commentary and running for a local political office. He remains on the board of the The Mid Atlantic Reformation Society (www.thinkandreform.org) and is a regular speaker for their monthly worldview lectures.
John Bingaman

God has called John Bingaman to ministry from a background as a CPA and a career in business management. Having become saved later in life, he embraced the reformed doctrines, and, combined with his knowledge of Scripture and experience in church leadership, his teaching gifts make him an invaluable asset to the work of this new ministry. John is on the board of The Mid Atlantic Reformation Society and has contributed to its monthly lecture series. John, along with Joel, co-hosted the daily worldview radio program, Standpoint, on WBYN
